Not To Late For The Pre-Fall Hair Trend

Black Voices points out the braid as this year’s pre-fall trend. The braid is back and can easily be worn as a classy or street look. It is edgy and elegant and that is why GMPR loves the braid. Although the braid is a pre-fall hair trend, GMPR beleives you can extend this look for a couple of weeks. Go ahead, we give you permission to rock it!

Target Gets Some Kink & Curl

Natural girls all over the world have united and started a movement so strong that it is no surprise that the products catered to natural hair are becoming more commercial. No longer can you only find your favorite hair remedies on the World Wide Web or at the local beauty supply. Those days are slowly dwindling because now you can hit Target shelves for your natural needs.

Kinky-Curly’s line of organic natural hair products include shampoos, conditioners, and stylers. All you curly dolls can now conveniently stock up.

KLS Steps Down

Kimora Lee Simmons has announced that she is no longer apart of the Baby Phat Brand. The model, mom, and mogul explained how she is ready to focus on non-phat affiliated ventures.

“It’s time for me to move on and further expand my other businesses and create a new phenomenon. I adore all those who have faithfully been with me since the beginning. I’m forever dedicated to my family, fans, and customers. My inspiration has always come from the fabulous women who have been with me through the years as we’ve grown from young party girls to power players!”

It is not yet known what her future plans are but what is known is that she currently taping the fourth season of Life in the Fab Lane.

PR wise it will be interesting to see how Baby Phat survives without Kimora.
